the hotel has a rainfall style shower that my wife adored. the location is indeed great with many restaurants nearby.. it is also near the metro station.

The staff was friendly and always happy to help , so that was acceptable.
Our room was much smaller than expected. The balcony overlooked another roof , which was quite disappointing. There was little storage for two people and the water pressure in the shower was weak. I also saw marks and mold in the shower , so that was unpleasant.

A Mixed Stay with Some Disappointments
small roomelevator malfunction
I had some issues . The room I booked (Superior Double Room) was smaller than I expected, given the photos online. The elevators were out of service for a while was good. breakfast was lacking. On multiple mornings, there were few options available, and items like eggs were missing.

i found the staff to be cute. the room was clean and i liked the products offered. housekeeping provided fantastic service and the beds ensured comfort. the location is near many attractions including gallery lafayette and the moulin rouge.

the reception service was very nice i would definitely love to stay here again this time i was staying for my wedding and i was kinda surprised to receive a bottle of champagne as a wedding gift it made me very happy
i stayed at the hotel with my family i had a wonderful experience until the day of checkout unfortunately i left my bag on the bed after a quick trip to the bathroom before leaving for the airport after landing i called about my bag but they claimed they couldn't compensate me because it was not their fault
